it's always hard when comes to dealing with family issue.

especially they all are my loved one.

i would not want to start any fight with any one of them.

somehow, i would not say it's a fight but a small argument perhaps?

i don't always listen only to one side but both.

endless business trip & training doesn't makes you a WORKAHOLIC.

if you r not in the family company but in other company,

i would says that you will never have a choice to reject your manager for assigning you any outstation trip & training.

There's nothing much different with the world out there.
